End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to Singapore Driver Test. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
Apple Standard Terms
Where applicable, this agreement supplements Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between this agreement and Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required by Apple. You can also review Apple's standard terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Pro Access and Purchases
Pro access is sold through the App Store. Payment, refunds, purchase history, and purchase management are handled by Apple. If the app offers a lifetime unlock, it provides access to the Pro features available for the app under the same Apple ID, subject to App Store purchase validation.
Study Content
The app is a study aid. It does not guarantee that you will pass a licensing exam, and it is not an official government service. Always follow current traffic laws, official exam rules, and instructions from the Singapore authorities or your training provider.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except as allowed by law. You may not use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
Maintenance and Support
We are responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Product Claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
Intellectual Property
If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim to the extent required by these terms and applicable law.
Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. After you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
